Today is Election Day.

I’m a legal immigrant. I cannot vote. But I love this country deeply, and I am profoundly grateful for everything America has given my family.

So if you are an American citizen, please do not waste the privilege I wish I had today.

Go vote. And vote RED.

Vote for the values you want your children to inherit. Vote for leaders who will defend life, protect children, respect women, preserve religious freedom, defend the family, and protect the liberties that make this country so great!

I came here because I believed in the American Dream. I’m living that dream now, and I want my children to inherit an America where faith, family, freedom, responsibility, and the dignity of human life still mean something.

Please exercise your right to vote. America is worth showing up for. Please 🙏🏻

Your nervous system doesn’t need a full routine to feel safe...

The neuroendocrine axis (the connection between your nervous system and hormones), primarily the HPA axis, is how your brain and hormones talk to each other.

When your nervous system feels unsafe, it signals the hypothalamus to trigger stress hormones like cortisol. These micro-moments of safety help regulate that axis from the outside in.

In functional medicine, we take a both-and approach, not either-or.

We address the mental-emotional, mind-body connection through somatic practices, and we use adaptogens and nootropics to support your system from the inside out. That combination is where I see the deepest relief. ❤️

These simple shifts work especially well for high-achieving people, busy professionals, and anyone dealing with burnout, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, sleep issues, brain fog, fatigue, and gut issues.

🙏🏽 Comment CALM and I’ll send you the nootropics and adaptogens I like stacking with these practices, plus an article on nervous system regulation.
