all jokes aside, I’m being silly about this hate comment. I have learned to not let them get to me, and to not listen to societal norms. WOMEN: IT IS AMAZING TO BE STRONG. if you want weak, brittle arms then by all means go for it.

but in order to live a long healthy life, we need muscle. osteoporosis affects 1 in 4 women (80% of all cases in the US)
