What does leadership really mean?

During Gender Equality Week at the European Parliament in Brussels, I joined the Women’s Leadership panel, hosted by European Parliament Vice-President Antonella Sberna @antonella_sberna alongside inspiring women from different fields.

I shared part of my personal journey and reflected on a message I deeply believe in — one that matters not only for the generations of today, but also for those to come.
