Can a 3'11 woman still be wifey material?

Wellness looks a little different for each of us, but one thing we have in common? Making ourselves a priority. 🤍

We spent a beautiful weekend at @canyonranch focused on movement, nourishing meals, mindfulness, rest, and the kind of connection that reminds you how good it feels to slow down and take care of YOU.

As women in midlife and beyond, we know wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about the small, consistent habits that add up and finding what works for your season of life.

We were so happy to have @swansonvitamins as our wellness partner for this special gathering, sharing everyday wellness essentials that fit into our individual routines. Because feeling our best starts with the little things we do for ourselves, day after day.

Six women. Six unique routines. One shared reminder: it’s never too late to invest in yourself. ✨

This is wellness, the ProAge way.

Mississippi Democratic Senate nominee Scott Colom tells CNN's @anniegrayercnn that he is "very confident" about his chances of winning a tight race against Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith. The race could come down to roughly 15,000 provisional ballots, according to Colom's campaign, still pending verification, and could take until next week to get the final count.
