Give Tinubu Another Term And Bakassi Deep Seaport, Lagos-Calabar Highway Will Be Delivered — VP Shettima Vice President Kashim Shettima has assured Cross River residents that the proposed Bakassi Deep Seaport and Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway will be completed, urging them to re-elect President Bola Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu in 2027. Shettima gave the assurance on Monday while representing Tinubu at the APC presidential campaign rally held at U.J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar. He thanked residents for supporting the administration over the past three years, describing their relationship with the government as “an alliance of prosperity, an alliance of opportunity.” The Vice President urged voters to renew the mandates of Tinubu, Otu and other APC candidates contesting for legislative seats, saying the party was seeking another term based on its performance. He added that elected officials must remain accountable to the people. Speaking on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, Shettima said the project would connect coastal communities, ease the movement of people and goods, boost tourism and attract investments. He added that it would create thousands of direct and indirect jobs. On the Bakassi Deep Seaport, he disclosed that the Federal Government had approved the project, expressing confidence that it would become an international maritime gateway upon completion. According to him, the seaport would attract shipping companies and create employment, positioning Cross River to benefit from Nigeria’s maritime economy. Shettima also highlighted the government’s student financing initiative, saying it would reduce the financial burden on parents, promote human capital development and expand access to higher education. He said the intervention would ensure that financial difficulties did not prevent children from pursuing their education.
No matter what happens today, I’ve already won. Because at the end of all of this, this is what I get to come home to. The miles, the long days, the social media videos, the solo nights with the kids, the pressure, the highs and the lows. He has been beside me through every bit of it and has been my rock throughout this entire race. One more day Gav, let’s finish this thing. 🤍
Trading volume manipulation, opaque ownership and coordinated trades have shaken confidence in Indonesia’s markets and put the country at risk of being pushed out of MSCI’s major emerging-market indexes. Bloomberg reporting reveals how some brokers engineered activity and inflated the appearance of demand, and why the fallout could drive billions of dollars out of one of Asia’s biggest economies. 🔹 Dôchodca s priemerným dôchodkom má za dva roky príjem približne taký, koľko stál letecký presun Fica s milenkou do Chorvátska. 🔹 Robert Fico pohoršene reaguje videom z chorvátskej vily, že čo otravujeme. Veď on si na to zarobil.
