Mencap Northern Ireland Ambassador James Martin MBE shares his incredible journey to making history as the first actor with Down Syndrome to win three major awards in one year, including a BAFTA and an Oscar.

James started his career behind the coffee counter as a barista in Belfast. His journey has been anything but ordinary, and it’s a powerful reminder that that everyone deserves a seat at the table.
