The Altadena ❤️‍🩹 Coalition is staying laser-focused on real solutions for our community—no distractions. We’re identifying critical issues and driving major legislative changes that will directly impact Altadena.

Right now, we’re tackling one of the most urgent crises: the 5,000 Altadena residents facing homelessness. Too many of our neighbors are sleeping in their cars, crashing on strangers’ couches, or cycling through shelters with no path forward.

This isn’t just talk—we’re mobilizing action. Join us as we launch our next initiative, bringing resources, advocacy, and tangible support to those in need. Mark your calendar for April 2, 2025—we’ll be making a major announcement. Also the Youth Empowerment Summit on April 5, 2025 at City Hall

What small businesses are there to represent those of us who have survived and are struggling to stay open for the next few years. I'd like a seat at the table!

I have no idea if this is good, bad, or somewhere in between. I do know that I held one of only 5 elected positions in Altadena for the last 6 years and don’t recognize a single person in this video

As a person that has been doing disaster relief for 30 years A lot of times in a black and brown Community they get these SBA disaster loans but they don't tell you is if you fall behind two or three months they sell it to the treasure Department which uses another third party which will add 10,000 or up in penalties not including what you already owe and then it goes on your credit and then it destroys your credit because you're thinking that you're going to get reimbursed on one of these programs the city's going to reimburse you nothing's happening cspa is very good with signing people up but they have never really regulated after someone is late two or three times they just move on more people have gotten forgiveness in college loans that they chose to go to than people in disaster forgiveness so I'm saying this because there's people who in Hurricane Harvey has lost her home because of the SBA loan that's now at the treasure Department and they will garnish your wages garnish your Social Security
