Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Thursday alleged that anti-India organisations are funding protests and manufacturing narratives against the government in India. Speaking in Bengaluru, Singh alleged that Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke received funds from US-based donors, while co-founder Ashutosh Ranka was allegedly paid by Pakistani politicians. He also accused foreign-funded NGOs and what he described as “deep-state operatives” of funding the CJP. Responding to the allegations, Ashutosh Ranka hit back at the minister with a series of sarcastic posts on social media. Questioning Singh, he wrote, “Why were you negotiating with us then?” In another post, Ranka listed issues including paper leaks, unemployment, school conditions and alleged vote theft, sarcastically attributing each of them to Pakistan. While Singh has raised questions about the funding sources of CJP leaders, the allegations remain claims made by the minister and have not been independently established

“MY 12-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER GETS DEATH THREATS.” In this harrowing account, Kamisha Menns describes the terrifying fallout of her prosecution in Lithuania. She and her daughter have endured death threats and racist abuse, while receiving no meaningful protection or help from the police, prosecutor or judge. The situation has become so frightening that KL has had to withdraw her daughter from school, and the two have been confined to their home for their safety. All this unfolds against the backdrop of a prosecution arising from an alleged incident of “insolence” towards a white woman and making her cry. A mother and child facing racial abuse, death threats and fear for their safety. Where is their protection? Where is their justice? How can a child be left to live in fear while the very institutions meant to protect her appear unable—or unwilling—to intervene? My first book by Sloane was Strong and Wild when it released, and I’ve been wanting Anna’s story ever since! Absolutely loved seeing her character growth. Casper is insanely unhinged but god I loved him. Weird to say but the “dark” scenes (I don’t want to spoil too much) were my favorite every time 😂 And I’m dying to see where she’s taking us with book 3. Thank you @podiumentertainment for the physical ARC!
