I cut my own mother off for two years. No calls. No visits. No holidays together. And here’s what most people don’t know. My mother never changed. I did. I thought cutting her off would bring me peace, but the pain didn’t disappear just because she wasn’t in my life anymore. Today, I’d give anything to have those two years back. That’s why I’m hosting my 60-Day Holiday Challenge, starting November 10. We’re working on rebuilding trust with your adult child, but this goes beyond reconciliation. It’s about becoming so grounded, confident, and at peace that you can actually look forward to the holidays again while creating opportunities to reconnect with your children and grandchildren. Comment “GIFT” and I’ll send you the link to join me, so you don’t have to carry the pain of estrangement alone this holiday season. #parenthood #parentingtips #momreels #lifecoaching #momsofinstagram
hi ☕️🤎
While it’s been nearly 20 years since @hilaryduff's last tour, what’s happening on The Lucky Me Tour is far more than a comeback: it's her biggest tour ever, and one with which she’s redefining her career, evolving her identity and giving a master class on how a millennial pop star can grow up with her audience. ⭐️ “I’ve had a great career and I feel really lucky,” she continues. “I also am a child star, and that’s a really hard thing to wrestle with as an adult. People don’t survive that. The fact that I’ve been able to survive and that I get to have this moment … I get to send love to grown-up Hilary and be like, ‘You did it!’ and also send love to little Hilary and be like, ‘Hey, we’re still here. Look at what we did.’ ” Read more in her cover story for Billboard's touring issue at the link in bio. 📸: @gleesonpaulino
