HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis It’s official! The Democrats will take control of the House of Representatives, seizing control from Republicans in the House next year. According to early projections, the Dems won at least 218 seats, defeating the GOP and flipping party control in the house after four years. ___________________________________________________ The Blue tsunami will now give Dems the power to combat President Donald Trump. This means investigating him and advancing legislation to counter and check his policies. American voters’ displeasure with the country’s direction has been fully shown tonight as Dems flip the House. ___________________________________________________ While the Senate race is still up in the air, the House win has millions of Americans rejoicing. According to NBC News, the House projection was based on an analysis that Democrats will win approximately 244 House seats. The estimate could still surpass or decrease by a few seats, but will be far beyond the 218 needed to secure a majority. ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 CBS News
These lights get harder to find as Christmas time gets closer, that’s why I’m sharing them now! 🎄They’re the most perfect warm color if you’re looking for that nostalgic glow. I don’t just use them on my tree, I hang them EVERYWHERE in my house. My kids rooms, the kitchen, the stair banister, they make the house feel so cozy 🥰☕️ 🎄Comment LIGHTS and I’ll send you a direct link to these lights!🎄 and my Christmas tree is the 12’ prelit tree from Costco!
