Today was so special. McKay went to the temple for the first time. It was beautiful. And some of our favorites were able to join us! @merritt5philps @kinsley_philps @parkerwbanks @juli0_banks

Different distance than normal, same love for the sport. 31 miles / 8000ft climbing 🙌

The route took us on a lap of the city wall, and then up into the mountains and bamboo forests. It was beautiful! The climbs & descents were really, really steep, with lots of fast running sections mixed in. And the humidity was 97%. I was fully soaked starting at mile 1. 🥵😅 What a fun adventure! Jiā yóu! Jiā yóu!

Thank you @tsaigu! It was so special to spend the weekend with all of you! And thank you to the @salomonrunning team. So many memories made together this week! 💚
