Chungking Express (1994) by Wong Kar-Wai will always be a timeless classic movie that poetically explores human’s feeling through memories and loss. The movie allows us to experiment inside the characters’ body, how they face silent heartbreak in the busy and rushed city of Chungking.

Chungking Express is the first movie that I finally realized the storytelling style of Wong Kar-Wai is highly unique, talking about romantic relationships in an abstract but artistic way. It left a delicate, lingering feeling after watching.
