Tried @perseidhtx this weekend and wow, just WOW! The fourth concept from @aaronbludorn and @cherifmbodji I expected nothing but greatness. We had the Breakfast Sandwich, Beef Short Rib & Egg and the Pancakes, honestly don’t know what I enjoyed more. We stopped by the Augustine Lounge for a few cocktails and look forward to going back to listen to a little vinyl. I won’t say it just yet, but Perseid might be my favorite.
