And just like that it’s over. For the past 15 years I have dedicated my life to the game of hockey. This game has left me with countless memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I want to thank my coaches and teammates that I have had along my minor hockey career but most importantly my parents, from driving me to my games and practices, to being there for me every second supporting me along my journey. Coming back to welland these past two years I didn’t know what to expect, yet it was the best decision I have ever made. From the remarkable coaching staff with the highest level of respect, to the forever lasting friendships I have made with these boys. My minor hockey career has officially come to an end, but it will never be forgotten. I wouldn’t trade this group of boys for anyone.
