Have you been feeling the intensity lately?
.
I sure have…
For me, it’s looked like physical symptoms, relentless headaches, deep lethargy, and some pretty big emotional releases.
.
As we reach the Full Moon today/tomorrow (depending on when you’re reading this), everything that’s no longer meant to come with us is coming up to be released.
That might look like outdated habits, beliefs, patterns, behaviours, or judgments.
.
Here are 10 lessons I’ve learned (or re-learned) over the past couple of weeks that are helping me let go of what I no longer want to carry:
1. Rest is non-negotiable. It’s not a luxury, it’s a requirement. Schedule and honour it.
2. Nature is my fuel. Why the f*** do I keep ignoring this?
3. Alcohol is a depressant. Even if I don’t feel it straight away, it lowers my frequency. Sometimes days later. It’s just not worth it.
4. Old wounds run deep. That hidden childhood wound wasn’t gone, it was lurking in the shadows and I didn’t realise how much power it still held over me.
5. Action brings clarity. Moving towards my goals is the quickest way to see where I’m still being influenced by old beliefs.
6. Confusion, brain fog, and overwhelm = trigger zone. That’s my sign to pause and go inward to find what I’m avoiding.
7. Conversations with trusted people (friends or my coach) reveal the beliefs I can’t always see on my own.
8. Awareness is the first step to freedom. Once I see it, I can choose something more empowering.
9. Healing isn’t always ‘starting over’—it’s deepening. What seems like the same wound might actually be a new layer ready to be seen and released.
10. The only way out is through. Cry. Scream. Shake. Feel it all. Don’t let yourself or others gaslight you with “it’s fine” or “you’re being too hard on yourself.”
If the pain is surfacing, it’s asking to be felt so it can finally leave.
If it feels like too much to hold alone, reach out to someone you trust who can hold space for you.
.
Let this full moon be a release.
Not a breakdown, but a breakthrough.
You’re not going backward, you’re getting braver.
You’re shedding. You’re rising.
