Google is making it easier to restrict its A.I. tools for students, but there is a catch: Schools that choose to restrict A.I. entirely will also lose access to Google search. The company’s new strategy underscores Google’s powerful role in American education. A.I. features are now a standard part of Google’s commercially available search engine. “Search and A.I. are deeply integrated,” said Chris Phillips, vice president for education at Google. If a school has banned A.I., he added, students “will not have access to search, and they’ll see a message from their school that indicates it’s not available.” Lina Khan, a former chair of the FTC, said in a statement that Google was using its “search monopoly to coerce schools” into adopting its A.I. When things got rough and I started sharing our fertility struggles in real time, I never expected it to build a community like this. I never expected to reach so many of you or to feel so supported. Somewhere along the way it gave me a sense of purpose and I promised I’d keep going. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I always keep my word. I recently saw a video of the philosopher Alain de Botton describing how friendships form: you share your suffering and hold hands through the valley of darkness. One of you says “it’s sht, isn’t it?” and the other says “yeah, it’s really sht - but we like each other and we’re going to support each other.” That’s exactly what this has been. By sharing my suffering, I’ve connected with so many women who, like me, never saw IVF on their timeline. And oh my goodness, I have never been so grateful for science - because on Tuesday 28th, seven days after our embryo transfer, we got the positive test we never thought we’d see 🥹 There are no words for how happy we are and we’re still in a bit of disbelief. Some will disagree with sharing this so early, but for us it’s made it feel real - and how lucky are we to get to celebrate with all of you? This process has completely shifted my perspective. IVF is a privilege and I wish it were available to so many more people. Scientists, doctors, nurses, embryologists - they dedicate their lives to helping people build families. HOW COOL ARE THEY. Thank you for every prayer and manifestation (they worked). And to anyone in the thick of it right now, I hope this brings you a whole lot of hope 🤍
Gotovo! Dosta! Kraj! Prekaradišilo (odavno)!
Your most asked questions, answered 👇 🎮 Is this real gameplay or AI footage? It’s a real game. The clips come from the build itself. A full playthrough video is coming soon. 🛠 Do you use AI? Yes, as tools. Claude Code for coding, ElevenLabs for sound effects, Tripo for 3D models. I make the game solo. 🧟 Is it like Project Zomboid? Inspired by Kenshi, RimWorld, RDR2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Project Zomboid, but it’s its own game. Built for an isometric view, with first-person play planned too. 🗓 When is the release? Closed playtest in December. Full release hopefully in April 2027. The sign-up link is in my profile. 🖥 Steam? Yes, coming soon. 📱 Mobile and consoles? PC first, then a reduced mobile version. Consoles may come after release, no promises. 🤝 Multiplayer? Co-op for 4–8 players first. Each player can host their own server. More later. ⚙️ Why does it lag? It runs on raw, unoptimized code right now, and the snow system is heavy. I’ll optimize before release. 🎶 Collaborations? Not right now. I’m building the core solo first, and a team later if it makes sense. 🔗 Discord, Patreon and the playtest link are all in my profile. #survivalgame #zombiegame #indiegame #godot #gamedev
