ROASTED TOMATO & BOURSIN DIP 🍅🧀🔥 (RECIPE BELOW!!) Who else loves a warm, cheesy dip that takes almost no effort?! 😍 Ingredients: * 2 pints cherry tomatoes * 1–2 tbsp olive oil * Salt and black pepper, to taste * 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese * ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese * Fresh basil, for topping * Balsamic glaze, for drizzling Directions: 1️⃣ Roast the tomatoes: Add cherry tomatoes to an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Toss everything together. 2️⃣ Bake: Roast at 400°F for about 40 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft, blistered, and juicy. 3️⃣ Add the Boursin: Place the Boursin cheese right into the center of the roasted tomatoes. 4️⃣ Mix it up: Stir everything together until the cheese melts into the warm tomatoes and creates a creamy, delicious dip. 5️⃣ Finish with toppings: Sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. 6️⃣ Serve: Grab your favorite crackers, toasted bread, or veggies and dig in! 🍅🧀 Would you serve this with toasted sourdough or crispy crackers?! 👀👇
