@ezrainc (Info worth sharing based on an email reply from client support.) I’m a first-time patient with an appointment scheduled for later this month. While Ezra makes it easy to pay with your FSA, there is a major gap in their process that isn't disclosed upfront: You cannot get an itemized receipt for your FSA until after you’ve had your scan AND received your final report (which customer service says takes 7–10 days). Why this matters: If you use your FSA card, most administrators require that itemized receipt quickly. If you can’t provide it, they may suspend your card until it's submitted. If you're relying on your FSA card for other expenses, be prepared for this delay! Quite annoying and make it make sense.

Word of caution: Simply google local MRI services in your city and get it done for literally 50%!to 70% less than services like this company! These vertices sub it out and then mark it up. I just got a complete MRI for my upper body for $349 for Heart ,lungs, head torso. This place is a rip off.
