Last week was the biggest week of my life 🥺🌹 Returning to my hometown to play the craziest shows of my career, with my whole family there to support me at both 5 HOURS Ziggo Dome shows.

Feeling so lucky to have my friends, family, team, colleagues and everyone else involved by my side. Will treasure these moments forever 🩷

A DREAM😭❤️
Yesterday, I got to take my poetry to the Soweto Derby🥺⚽️

An opportunity to use my voice to usher in football legend Thierry Henry onto the pitch at one of South Africa’s biggest sporting occasions. What an honour🥺🤍

Earlier this year, I travelled to the FIFA World Cup 2026™️ to champion the voices of women & girls in sport. To now find myself on a stage of this magnitude, using my own voice to contribute to a moment in our sporting history, feels incredibly full circle

I’m reminded that our voices can take us to places we never imagined, and that poetry belongs in every space where stories are being told and history is being made🎤

Forever grateful for the work, the opportunities, and every stage that allows me to do what I love🇿🇦

Consistency beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.
As a wrestler, your strength and conditioning (S&C) isn’t a part-time job. It’s the engine behind every takedown, every escape, and every second you survive on the mat. You can have the best technique in the world, but if your gas tank is empty by the second period, you’ve already lost.
Here is why daily physical conditioning is non-negotiable:
💪 Mat Strength: Wrestling requires a brutal combination of explosive power and static endurance. Daily targeted work builds muscles that don’t just look strong—they perform under pressure.
🫁 Bulletproof Cardio: Champions are made when the lungs are burning. Daily conditioning pushes your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds so you can outlast anyone.
🛡️ Injury Prevention: Heavy lifting and mobility work build a shield around your joints and spine. Stay on the mat, stay off the sidelines.
It’s not about destroying yourself every single day. It’s about showing up. Heavy lifting, explosive plyometrics, or active recovery mobility—every day counts.
Are you outworking your competition today, or are you waiting for tomorrow? ⬇️

HOW Y’ALL DOING OUT THERE?! 🫠🔥

Because Venus and Mercury Retrograde have been stirring up some SERIOUS shit... and the Dark Goddesses aren’t finished with us yet!

This week we’ve got Mercury delivering underworld revelations, Hecate illuminating our Destiny Line, Kali taking her sword to the old structures, and Sedna asking us to LET GO of the very things we’ve been clinging to for safety.

And there’s FIRE returning. 🔥

Something new wants to come alive in us.

But here’s the thing...

These archetypes aren’t just mythological stories or energies happening TO us.

They’re living forces that can be awakened WITHIN us.

And that’s exactly what we do inside ARCHETYPE IX, our ReWilding Mystery School, which is officially OPEN!

36 archetypes. 36 embodied initiations. Each awakening its own unique flavor of Kundalini energy, wisdom, power, and sacred technology within YOU.

This isn’t about studying the archetypes.

It’s about BECOMING the living expression of their gifts.

And through all of 2027, we’ll be journeying together, with 10 LIVE support circles to help you embody these energies in every area of your life.

🔥 PLUS, JOIN BY NOVEMBER 8 and receive something we’ve NEVER offered before...

A complimentary private 1:1 session to explore where you are, what’s calling you, and where to begin your journey.

The first 10 people receive their session with Sabrina, and everyone else who joins by the deadline receives a session with the ReWilding Team.

🖤 TYPE EPISODE for this week’s full astrology transmission AND the link to explore Archetype IX.

There’s so much more to you.

Let’s wake it TF up. 🔥
