A portfolio project gets stronger when it starts with a real problem, not a blank page and a model you want to use.

In this walkthrough, I share five places to find ideas: startup concepts, data challenges, space research, technical competitions, and open food data. Pick one question that interests you, define what your project should produce, and decide how you’ll check whether it works. A small project with a clear result can show more than a sprawling demo.

Which of the five would you build from first? Tell me in the comments.

Iran has the feminism, where Mahsa Amini died after the morality police arrested her over a headscarf. Gaza has the LGBTQ rights, where being gay is still a crime.
