“Swell,” “groovy,” “rad,” “fire,” “rizz.” Every generation finds its own way to say the same thing 🗣️

Slang is how each era jokes around, bonds and sets itself apart, and it keeps evolving with the culture, technology and events that shape the times.

From the Silent Generation all the way to Gen Alpha, every group left its own words behind for the next to roll their eyes at. Language never really sits still. It just keeps moving with whoever’s talking.

Which generation’s slang is your favorite? 👇

What’s going on 💀

In a shocking mid-weekend twist, Haas F1 Team has suddenly replaced Esteban Ocon with reserve driver Ryo Hirakawa for the remainder of the 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix. While Haas explicitly confirmed the decision was not due to illness, the abrupt benchmarking follows growing internal friction and a tense radio exchange between Ocon and his race engineer during Friday practice over a last-minute tyre strategy change. The 32-year-old Hypercar Champion and Le Mans winner, Hirakawa, will partner Oliver Bearman to make his official Formula 1 race debut, leaving Ocon's immediate future with the team highly uncertain. This dramatic sidelining mirrors Ocon's abrupt departure from Alpine at the end of 2024 and comes just a month after Haas announced they would completely move on from the Frenchman for the 2027 season in favor of rookie Rafael Câmara.

Sorry

Tomorrow, Eric’s memoir will be available to the world.

These are his words, his memories, and a very personal piece of himself that he chose to share. We are so proud of him and hope that those who loved him, and those who want to know him a little better, will find something meaningful in these pages.

We cannot express what this means to us as a family.❤️‍🩹

Today is the last day to pre-order.
