On November 6, NOAH X PETTER will release DRIFT, their debut collaborative project on @leiterverlag . Behind the duo are @noah_fuerbringer_ , drummer for the Moses Yoofee Trio, and bassist-producer @pettereldh .

Crafted in Berlin, these six tracks blend hip-hop, jazz, and electronic textures. The duo flips their own recordings and memories into short, richly layered tracks, with groove running through it all. Talib Kweli joins them on “DEEP NOTE,” a nod to Mobb Deep built around a melancholy piano sample and loose, swinging drums.

▫️آرد: دوپیمانه
▫️تخم مرغ :چهار عدد
▫️شکر: یک چهارم پیمانه
▫️ماست سفت :سه قاشق سوپ خوری
▫️روغن: نصف پیمانه
▫️کدوحلوایی بخار پز پوره شده: یک پیمانه
▫️بکینگ پودر: یک قاشق سوپ خوری
▫️وانیل: کمی
مواد لازم لایه پنیری :
تخم مرغ دو عدد
نشاسته ذرت دو ق سوپ خوری
پودر قند یک چهارم پیمانه
پنیر خامه ای ۴۰۰ گرم
وانیل یک چهارم ق چایخوری

🔴طرز تهیه🔻🍰
🔸تخم مرغها و شکر و وانیل را باهمزن خوب بزنید ک سفید و کشدار بشه پوره کدو حلوایی و روغن و ماست را اضافه میکنیم و دوباره خوب با همزن میزنیم ارد و بکینک پودر را باالک آرام آرام میریزیم و مواد را با لیسک خیلی اروم مخلوط میکنیم
مواد پنییری راهم با همزن مخلوط می کنیم تا یک دست شوند .
🔸قالب را کاغذ روغنی انداخته و از مواد کیک میریزیم و مایع پنیر را روی آن به صورت دورانی میریزیم و داخل فر می گذاریم 💐⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩
