celebrating thirty years earthside. and even more than the passage of time, i’ve been celebrating feeling so profoundly seen, loved and trusted by the people in my life.

for the low low price of authenticity, open communication and basic organizational skills, i get to raise a really cool kid, experience truly expansive love, and earn the ever-deepening trust of those that i instruct and work with :’) even when life gets heavy and self-criticism is on high, i can’t argue with those results.

i could go on and on. here are some moments of glee and awe from my thirtieth year. i’m made up of muscle, movement, mischief, grins, giggles, mazu’s creations, admiration for insects and lizards, delicately arranged piles of plant matter, family, tears and bones~
