I eat for a living but THIS was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time! 😮‍💨🍝

From the service to the atmosphere and of course, the food, @lupobanff blew our family away! It’s been weeks and we can’t stop talking about it! 😅

🍣 TUNA CRUDO was out of this world. Bold flavors, fresh fish, I’ve never had anything like it. The melon flavors shined and the dressing and oils added a fatty richness. This dish was perfection.

🍋MAFALDINE AL LIMONE is THE pasta dish if you love fun pasta shapes, cheese, and lemon. I love savory lemon dishes, but it’s hard to find one that gets the lemon flavor just right, and this dish did just that!

🌶️ SPICY RIGATONI ALLA VODKA … creamy, cheesy, acidic, spicy with al dente pasta. A classic done right!!!

Don’t sleep on those beets either, they were phenomenal!!!

If you’re in Banff, this is the one spot you absolutely cannot miss out on. We loved it so much, we were trying to fit it into our schedule to go twice! 😅 I highly suggest making a reservation and asking for a table by the window! ✨
