Had my first little field trip today. It was so nice to get out of the house. Andrew and I went and visited this legend. We sure love you Steve and Annie. Big shoutout to Andrew for the surprise visit and field trip. Such a good day.

Мне все больше попадается информации о шишковидной железе. Я давно занимаюсь этим вопросом и заметил одну тенденцию, как всех нас подсадили на искусственные источники света, на искусственную еду и воду. Свет играет огромную важность в правильной работе шишковидной железы. Закрывают от людей солнце не просто так. А это один из самых важных источников для правильной секреции железы и выработки гормонов. Даже убрали лампы накаливания, которые так благоприятно влияли, заменили на люминесцентные лампы и лед лампы, а это совсем другие источники света. Я помню как на почте «БЕСПЛАТНО» меняли лампы накаливания на ЛЕД-лампы, якобы так дешевле и меньше энергии потребляет. Но такие лампы работают на других частотах. Для правильной работы шишковидной железы, людям необходимо солнце, также можно смотреть на огонь, на костер, или свечи, натуральный огонь. Что из вас пользуется свечами?! Так же важно гулять на улице при дневном свете. И очень важен сон, правильные циркадные ритмы. То есть, вовремя ложиться спать, чтобы вырабатывался мелатонин, которые благотворно влияет на шишковидную железу. Но людям дали синий свет от экранов телефонов, и мало кто засыпает вовремя и без гаджетов перед сном. Люди покупают за 100500 валюты курсы по восстановлению шишковидной железы, но так и не меняют свой график, свои привычки и не убирают телефоны перел сном. Так ничего работать не будет. Людям открыли всю информацию, дали в доступ искусственный интеллект, чтобы перенасытить информацией, чтобы все жили переполнены информацией и не могли ничего с этим сделать и было чувство - что могу что-то важное упустить. Это синдром «ФОМО», синдром упущенной возможности. Есть над чем задуматься. Да вот изменить свой распорядок дня очень тяжело… Я пересмотрел свое отношение к распорядку дня и буду его менять. Чего и вам рекомендую.
