✨At 24, I was saying yes to everything. At 42, I’ve learned that boundaries build peace—and peace builds power.

I still work weekends because I’m building Made by Blanker with intention. But I work on my terms now.

Here are 42 boundaries I honor at 42:
1. “Available” ≠ Yes
2. No responding while annoyed
3. Lunch AWAY from screens
4. Deep work time is sacred
5. No guilt yeses
6. No apologizing for setting limits
7. Delegate what drains me
8. Mute group chats (no, I didn’t miss anything)
9. Limit multitasking—it’s a scam
10. No last-minute calls unless urgent
11. Silence notifications when creating
12. Choose peace over being right
13. Clarify expectations early
14. Protect Sunday mornings
15. “No” is a complete sentence
16. Don’t repeat myself twice
17. Solo time = recharge time
18. Use calendar blocks for everything
19. Protect energy, not just time
20. Time off doesn’t need an explanation
21. Work late? Then rest late.
22. Leave meetings on time
23. Walk away from energy vampires
24. Personal life gets prime calendar space
25. I don’t over-explain anymore
26. I pause before replying to drama
27. Create > Consume
28. Guard my creative hours like gold
29. DND = Do Not Disturb and Do Not Disturb My Flow
30. Feedback? Only from people I’d trade places with
