We are very sad to hear of the passing of John Leeson, known and loved by #DoctorWho fans since 1977 as the voice of the Doctor's robotic companion K-9. ❤️❤️
Honoring those who came before us, celebrating the beauty of our culture and keeping their memories alive. 🕯️🌼💀 This Día de los Muertos, I’m looking back on such a special experience walking the runway for @ilacatrina at @theshopsatlacantera in San Antonio! 🇲🇽✨ I had the honor of portraying Chalchiuhtlicue, the Aztec goddess of water, rivers and lakes, representing life, renewal, and the deep connection between nature and our ancestors. Every detail of this beautiful Catrina carried meaning and being able to bring her to life on the runway was something I’ll never forget. What made this experience even more special was seeing how art, fashion and tradition brought so many people together. From the runway to meeting and connecting with everyone afterward, it was a beautiful reminder that Día de los Muertos is so much more than a celebration. It’s about love, remembrance and honoring the stories that live on through us. ❤️ Thank you @ilacatrina for allowing me to be part of something so meaningful and for keeping these beautiful traditions alive. Feliz Día de los Muertos! 🌼🕯️ #diadelosmuertos #sanantonio #catrina #runway #dayofthedead

One touch on my back. Then another. Then a look that said, "Wait, what was that for?" Some people think starting practice is only about precision. But most of it is rhythm. Control the breath. Control the posture. Control the little interruptions between reps, when someone beside you turns a serious warm-up into a moment that makes you break focus and laugh. No PA this time. Just stadium noise, distant encouragement, one sharp exhale, and a shared laugh before getting back into position. That's why I love the routine. Because routine leaves room for the unexpected little moments too. It keeps you honest. #bautifulathlete #collegesports #sportgirl #sportgirls #trackgirl #trackgirls #collegegirls #collegegirl #fitnessgirl
