We’ve had so many DM’s this week asking HOW Sam did this, so here’s exactly how! (And yes, that’s real breast milk!! 🥹❤️) When we found out I was pregnant with our twins, Sam decided she wanted to try something called induced lactation, which is basically the process of getting your body to produce breast milk without ever being pregnant! Here’s how she did it: ▫️ She followed something called the Newman-Goldfarb protocol, which is a method used to induce lactation in non-gestational parents. ▫️ She took prescribed medications, including domperidone, to help stimulate milk production. ▫️ She pumped EVERY 2–3 hours, including overnight! She never went longer than 4 hours without pumping. The dedication was wild!! 🥹 ▫️ Over time, her body started producing breast milk, starting with tiny drops and increasing! ▫️ By the time our twins were born, she was already making milk and was able to breastfeed them right away (we already had a deep freeze full too!) And that’s how our boys ended up being breastfed by the mom who DIDN’T give birth to them! 🥹 One of the coolest parts of our two-mom journey was getting to experience motherhood in such different ways. I carried and gave birth to our twins, and Sam got to experience breastfeeding them! Induced lactation isn’t guaranteed to work for everyone, and milk supply can vary, but it’s pretty incredible that this is even possible! We share this because SO many people have no idea that non-birthing moms, lesbian parents and adoptive parents can sometimes breastfeed too! 🤍 I’m so proud of her for doing this!!!

With Brandon Aiyuk working on a comeback, several teams need WR help, while the 49ers could look to address their own receiver room. Enter Jerry Jeudy. While reports suggest the Browns aren't looking to trade him ahead of the deadline and would instead address his future in the offseason. Swapping Aiyuk for Jeudy, who's recorded only 16 catches for 171 yards and 0 TDs this year, could solve both teams problems. Other possible landing spots for Aiyuk include the Steelers, Commanders, and Chiefs. The 49ers have been looking to end the Aiyuk saga, and if they could get another WR in return, there would be zero reason not to pull the trigger. Meanwhile, the Browns could take a chance on Aiyuk getting back to his old form after his fallout with San Francisco.
1990 Squale unit issue watch for 5° Btg Paracadutisti “El Alamein” as we continue #militarywatchweek. The unit crest is at the 12 o’clock position. This translates to the 5th Parachute Battalion (now the 186th Regiment) Folgore Parachute Brigade. The battalion name refers to the famous WWII battle they fought in. The watch is a Squale quartz Y1553. I bought this watch because I was stationed in Italy from 1986-1989 and had an “on call” mission with the 3/325th Airborne Battalion Task Force. As such, I jumped with several Italian airborne units to include this unit. When I saw this watch available, I knew I had to get it. Another beautiful day at the beach.
