Boop! The Musical - What a fun, colorful ride. I didn’t quite know what to expect from this new musical but six different people (including the bartender at Sardi’s across the street!) recommended it to me this week, and only one of those (re: Sardi’s) happened after I won lottery tickets. Jasmine Amy Rogers is electric in her Broadway debut! Angela graciously agreed to come along and we both really enjoyed David Foster’s music — lively, catchy…dare I say, snappy? Maybe too on the nose for a cartoon character popular a century ago…but speaking of noses, there’s the cutest pup(pet) in the show named Pudgy whose nose I wanted to boop.
