(AD) When the ✨Disney Magic✨ comes to your hometown!

You KNOW when Mickey is in Birmingham I HAVE to go & see my main mouse. We popped to @bppulselive to watch 'Discover The Magic'. We got our tickets from @axs_uk.

Of course I sobbed. I always do. We've been going now for 13 years. It's the perfect way to introduce your little ones to seeing live shows. Or to see their favourite characters close to home.

Limited tickets are still available for Disney on Ice presents 'Discover the Magic' tour across the country from AXS.com. Don’t miss out!

PS do you think I sang the Maui rap AT Stephen? ❄️🏝️🐭

y'all means ALL...or else. 🇨🇱🤠💙🛻

Hiii welcome! When I first talked about this I was actively going through the trenches and I said I was working on a new way to take over the world. I’m still here I just get into rooms I never thought I’d ever get into. Surround yourself with enough successful people you’ll become one. 💗

💪 3,000 PUSH-UPS IN NOVEMBER!

I've seen this challenge going around quite a lot lately, so I've decided to give it a go myself!

3,000 push-ups in 30 days! That's 100 every single day. 😳😂

But I wanted to put my own little spin on it and do it for more than just fitness.

November is also Movember, a time to raise awareness around men's mental health, so I thought I'd use my platform to help spread a positive message.

I'm no mental health expert or mentor, and thankfully, it's not something I personally struggle with. But I do think it's important that men feel comfortable talking when things aren't going so well.

As a dad to three boys, I'd hate to think that as they get older, they'd ever feel they had to bottle things up or struggle in silence rather than speak to someone.

If you're feeling a bit down, reach out to a mate, family member or someone you trust. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a massive difference.

I'm not asking for donations or trying to raise money. I just want to encourage more men to look after themselves, both physically and mentally.

I'll be recording my progress throughout November, and hopefully some of you will join me!

Now let's see if my arms survive the next 30 days! 😂💪

On her birthday, the witch counts not her candles but her spells, and the strongest of them all is the love she pours into her children. Happy birthday to me a mother whose magic needs no wand. 🖤 📸 @8666media

Just one more chapter📚📖✨
