One of the most underrated public speaking skills? Being relaxed. We often think that commanding attention means projecting more energy, speaking louder, or being more intense. But some of the most respected speakers make it look almost effortless. The good news? Being relaxed is something you can learn and develop with the right approach. If this doesn’t come naturally to you, comment “RELAX” and I’ll send you three practical tips to help you feel more at ease the next time you speak in front of an audience.
To be fair… I made him do it. 💅 thanks for being the Warner to my Elle @erinslaver

TGR Haas F1 Team reserve driver Ryō Hirakawa will replace Esteban Ocon for the remainder of the weekend’s Mexico City Grand Prix. Ryō participated in FP1 at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez on Friday, his third free practice outing of the season driving the VF-26, finishing 15th overall. The Japanese driver will partner teammate Ollie Bearman through final practice and qualifying on Saturday and Sunday’s 71-lap grand prix – marking Ryō's Formula 1 race debut. No further statements will be made at this time. #HaasF1 #F1 #MexicoGP
YAMAHA TÉNÉRÉ 4 CONCEPT: NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED OR MAYBE YES! 🏍️ Yesterday in Milan, Yamaha surprised everyone with the new Ténéré 4 Concept. While many of us were expecting a Ténéré 900 powered by the CP3 engine, Yamaha went in the opposite direction, presenting a single-cylinder adventure bike. But is this actually a bad move? The market is increasingly focused on lightweight adventure bikes, with models like the CFMOTO 450MT, KTM 390 Adv R and KOVE 450 Rally and similar ones gaining attention. A single-cylinder engine could mean less weight, simpler mechanics and potentially lower maintenance costs. But the real question is: what will the final specifications look like? Personally, I'd still love to see a Ténéré 900 with the CP3 engine, but this new direction could be exactly what the adventure market needs. One thing is certain: it's still a concept, and there's a lot we don't know yet. So, what would you choose? 🔥 Ténéré 900 with CP3 🏜️ Ténéré 4 single-cylinder Let's discuss it! 👇 #Yamaha #Tenere4Concept #Tenere700 #Tenere900 #AdventureMotorcycle
