Spin in Heels 🪸
This is a choreo based class, the first choreo will be taught on 3,10,17 June, each class is drop in friendly🤗.
You need to be able to invert (from floor), comfortable with pirouette 🩰
.
Plz bring knee pads to the class, as we will have some floor work, but they don’t have to be grippy.
