On aide à élargir les perspectives.
Nous accompagnons les organisations à mieux voir, comprendre et représenter les personnes qui composent notre société — grâce à des insights issus de la recherche qualitative et à des ateliers collaboratifs, pour une représentation plus authentique.

Please all follow the amazing @dr_jwright and all the men tagged below ❤️ Via @dr_jwright Part 4: Seeing someone you relate to in a position you aspire to be in is a powerful experience. That very experience inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. But the power of representation doesn’t stop at Black men in medicine. At dinner I saw life changing connections being made, advice being exchanged and people learning from one another. It reminded me that sometimes all it takes is bringing the right people together. Sometimes a single conversation is all it takes to open a door you didn’t even know existed. It’s time to be visible, be vocal and start building the connections that can help you navigate life. Your network is your net worth. Let’s turn this comments section into a directory. Whatever your gender, background, profession or stage of your journey, there’s value in connection. Find a role model. Find a mentor. Find a mentee. Find a partner. You never know where a connection might lead. Drop your flag, your city and tell us what you do in the comments. Tag someone who could benefit from expanding their network. Xu, a young man from Zhaotong, Yunnan, grew up without his parents and saved 167,500 yuan on his own for his wedding. Afraid the day would feel empty, he posted an invitation on Douyin, China's short-video platform: come share a wedding meal, help fill the room, and let him hold his head high in his village just once. Thousands of strangers answered. They drove from across China, brought food, flowers and gifts, and helped cook, set tables and move supplies after his home became too small. Local officials helped relocate the celebration to a larger venue. On October 31, Xu married his bride Chuichui. They exchanged rings, bowed before the crowd and later danced in traditional Miao clothing around a bonfire. Xu refused cash gifts, asking guests instead to stay safe and protect their belongings. What began as one man's fear of an empty wedding became a day built by strangers. Or perhaps something simpler: kindness, answered. #China #Yunnan #Wedding #Kindness #HumanConnection #InZhejiang
