I wandered into No Frills Knitting in bedminster and found a book that could not be more me...
@toft_uk 's pattern book containing over 40 different bird patterns 👀 NOW in true Katie fashion the first thing I have made from the book actually isn't even in the book... An Oyster Catcher! By combining different elements of different patterns, I was able to create this fun character as a gift for my mum who is often greeted by many oyster catchers up on Shetland.
I'm so pleased with how it's come out and I can't wait to make more! I'll stick to the actual book this time though 😅
