I’m thrilled that Storm King is presenting a newly commissioned performance, Growth: The Watch, by Kevin Beasley (@kevinmbeasley) and collaborators as part of @upstateartweekend!
The work will examine the constellation of human experiences in the summer season. Backdropped by Beasley’s work “Proscenium| Growth: The Watch,” the performance reveals the body as a steward, shapeshifter, and participant in the environmental conditions of the outdoors through the lens of sharecropping and migration.
