Sometimes, saving a life requires diving right into the deep end. After discovering this baby elephant trapped in a well, Roan and the team knew that time was tight. Her mother was standing guard, frantic but helpless, so the first order of business was to drive her a safe distance away. Then there was nothing left to do but jump in and haul the little (a relative term — she weighed in the region of 200 kg) calf out. Once she found her feet, she ran off and reunited with her mother at the tree line. — During the dry season, resources are scarce — and sometimes, the quest for water can have life-threatening consequences. There are countless wells like these, dotted across private land and not dug with wildlife in mind. It’s a formidable challenge — but we have found that one of the most effective ways we can help is by being present, in the air and on the ground, so that emergencies can be acted upon. That’s how this little calf was discovered and rescued. From the routine patrols to the life-saving operations, donors like you make our work possible. Nowadays, you really should be ready for anything, and apparently that also means being able to survive a 90-day total grid collapse!? ⁣⁣🚨 ⁣⁣ Comment “PREP” and I’ll DM you my FREE Emergency Prep Guide that you really don’t want to miss!📲 ⁣⁣ Where is this coming from!? Well, the Pentagon reportedly wants USA bases ready to run on their own for 90 days if a big war breaks out, so if they’re planning for 90 days, then our homes should have a plan too. 🏡⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I will warn you in advance: it’s extensive, but instead of feeling overwhelmed, pick a few things you can improve so you and your family have a solid plan to stay safe!⁣⁣ 👏🏻 ⁣⁣ It’s better to have things and to not need them than to need them and not have them. And while 90 days may seem extreme to prep for, many people have endured 150+ days with NO power after major storms.🌪️ ⁣⁣ Could your family survive that!? ⁣⁣🥹 ⁣⁣ My 19-page, totally FREE guide covers 195 must-haves for a 90-day grid collapse, including food, water, heat, first aid, check lists and yes, even my fave supplies like a safer kibble for your pets! 🐶⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Comment “PREP” to get a copy and share this post far and wide for others to do the same! 📩 #emergencypreparedness #poweroutage #emergencyprep #survivalkit #survivalmode
This one is tender for me 🥹 Sometimes the tired doesn’t come while we’re waiting on God. It comes after He answers, when we start carrying the outcome like it’s ours to hold 😮‍💨 He has been so gentle with me about that 🙏🏽 Not a lecture, just a quiet invitation to put it down 🕊️ If you’re worn out in the middle of your own answered prayer, this is for you 🤍 📖 Jeremiah 29:11 #SundayFaith #Faith #TrustGod #Jeremiah29
