What an absolute pleasure to join Yuuka-san’s Kintsugi WS as a translator. I had the opportunity to learn about the history and backgrounds, the meaning behind the long process, finding the beauty from imperfection. This was my first ever job as a translator, I’ve pushed through my fear of public speaking and had kind supports from participants. I’m truly grateful for everything I learnt during this short but intense moment. Thank you so much to @kurosuyuuka for trusting me and @chiharu___n for introducing me.

先日メルボルンで行われた、ゆうかさんの金継ぎWSで、通訳として参加させていただきました。「金継ぎ」についての歴史や背景を学び、長い工程を経て行われる、不完全の中から導き出す美しさ。初めての通訳としてお仕事を任せていただけて、パブリックスピーキングと立ち向かい、参加者にも助けていただきながらなんとか終えました。本当に学び多き時間で、参加できたことをありがたく思います。素敵な機会を下さったゆうかさんと紹介してくれた、ちはるちゃんに感謝です♡
