Time has a strange way of feeling slow when you’re living through it, yet incredibly fast when you look back. One moment you’re celebrating the beginning of a new year, and before you know it, another one is already approaching. As people get older, years can seem to pass even faster because daily routines become more familiar, making it harder to distinguish one period of life from another.

Psychologists suggest that our perception of time is influenced by memory, attention, and how many new experiences we have. Childhood often feels longer because nearly everything is new, while adulthood can become repetitive as responsibilities and routines take over. Looking back at how quickly the 2020s have passed is a reminder that time keeps moving regardless of whether we’re ready for it. The fact that 2030 is now closer than 2020 is genuinely hard to process. 😭

Because true confidence starts from within, not from our appearance.

@kelseywells ,one of the most influential figures in fitness, talks to @chrismpo about what you don’t see on Instagram: self-acceptance, motherhood, personal struggles, and the courage to take the next step, even when you’re afraid.

A conversation reminding us that we don’t need to become anything more to be worthy.
