Heels Flow
This snake 🐍 flow took me looong time to piece together. Seriously… way longer than teaching it!
🤪
Especially the floor tricks at the end, and hitting the beats there took me so many attempts to get them right (still not always right 😂)
.
Had lots of thought about finding the balance between:
✔️ Hit the beats right
✔️ smooth out the energy flow
Dynamic flow is not chasing a bus 🙂‍↔️
.
Shoutout to everyone who joined – you guys brought the hype and made it so worth it! 🙌
