Do you know what today is? Today is the Canadian National indigenous Peoples Day!
I would like to honor all indigenous people of the world in their beautiful diversity and beautiful similarities as they all participate to maintain our planet's ecosystems and oldest knowledge & cultures.
Here are some photos showing the wonderful indigenous people that agreed to be part of Mana Tribe's project both from Tanzania (Northern Tanzania + Zanzibar) and Algeria!
I also would like to write some words for the indigenous people of Canada that are facing difficulties and that are victims until today of different injustices including the scandalous amount of indigenous women being kidnapped and killed on their Canadian land. I pray that the government breaks the silence and put efforts & actions to protect these women and guarantee justice.
