I’m giving you guys credit in assuming you know that you need adequate sleep. The “all I need is 4 hours of sleep” crowd is just trying to speak that falsehood into existence. If you happen to have an extremely odd schedule, or day, short sleep will not set you back. But, as a constant, it’s not going to promote the best environment to train hard or recover. As for supplements… good old fashioned creatine. My apologies to those who are expecting the newest wheel to be invented. Just execute better with the wheels you have. They’re actually pretty good. As for motivation. If you asking how to be, you’re just not that guy. That’s not saying you should always on 10. That’s saying that if you need to be on 10 to get the job done, it won’t get done.
