Back from an epic weekend that brought me back to summer camp days. So grateful to have friends that are our family. It’s so special to watch our tribe grow up together.

International Day of Yoga happened to be during our trip. I had already offered to teach a class outside in the fresh air. I was so excited to teach our friends and talk about the benefits of breath and movement.
