BREAKING: Muslim Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib have won re-election to the U.S. House, securing fifth terms in Congress. The Somali American and Palestinian American lawmakers first made history together in 2018 as the first two Muslim women ever elected to Congress.
This week, we're teaming up with @myminifactory to release two brand new STLs in support of a fellow artist and friend, @karlkopinski! The Winged Hussar is now available on MyMiniFactory as part of a collaborative fundraising FronTier, powered by Trench Crusade, MyMiniFactory and the creator community. Karl Kopinski is a legendary illustrator whose gritty style has been shaping tabletop gaming aesthetics for over three decades. Karl has been battling serious illness for over a year, and from the moment we first heard about it, we wanted to help. All profits from the FronTier campaign will go to cover Karl's medical expenses, and any excess will be donated to charity. When we first reached out to offer our support to Karl in the form of a new mini for Trench Crusade, he said that it just had to be a Polish Winged Hussar! Karl made an incredible illustration for us to work from, and the Winged Hussar was sculpted by our very own James Sherriff. The STL pack comes with both a mounted and unmounted version, along with a variety of weapons. As there are not currently any rules for cavalry in Trench Crusade, the mounted version is mostly for painters and collectors. However, the unmounted version is fully playable using the rules and stats for the Mamluk Faris mercenary. The STLs are currently only available via the fundraising campaign. Once the campaign ends on December 14th, the STLs will still be available on MyMiniFactory, but at a slightly higher price. All our thanks to the team at MyMiniFactory, and to all of the other awesome creators who are contributing to the campaign. If you would like to purchase the Winged Hussar or any of the other incredible STLs available in support of Karl Kopinski, the link is in our bio! Another side quest unlocked with Mom! We swpped our usual food trips for a DIY baking date at @bakebe_ph , Conrad Manila. We may be better at eating than baking, but at least we made sweet memories together! 🤍 #Bakebe #SideQuest #bakingtime #dateidea #bondingtime
