Michael B. Jordan’s former Hollywood Hills estate is now asking $14,000,000. Tucked away behind gates on over an acre of private grounds along LA’s famous Celebrity Row, this is not your typical Hollywood Hills home. Originally designed by architect Jeffrey Mills, the property has been completely reimagined by @omedezin , blending California modernism, European influence, and extraordinary craftsmanship. Soaring ceilings, walls of glass, a stunning marble primary bathroom, screening room, chef’s kitchen with a pizza oven, and outdoor spaces that feel like a private resort. A pool, mirrored sauna, waterfall, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and complete privacy, all minutes from the heart of Los Angeles. Between its celebrity ownership history, rare setting, and incredible transformation, this property is truly one of a kind. 7728 Woodrow Wilson Dr, Los Angeles, CA 4 Beds | 5.5 Baths | 4,910 Sq. Ft. Offered at $14,000,000 Exclusively listed by @serhant @kulturalspaces | @silkefernald | @niqueknowshouses
In a generation full of temporary feelings, I found someone who feels like forever. 🥹❤️ And I can proudly say… I chose the right man. 🧿 Not because he's perfect, but because he makes love feel safe, peaceful and real. No unnecessary games, no confusion, no wondering where I stand… just love, respect, loyalty and the comfort of knowing we're on the same team. 🫶🏻 Out of all the choices life gave me, choosing you will always be my favourite one. ♾️❤️ Girls, isn't having a man you can genuinely be proud of the biggest green flag? 🥹💚 Right Partner, Green Flag Man, Healthy Relationship, Loyal Love, Real Commitment, Proud Girlfriend, Relationship Goals #DearRaksha #GreenFlagMan #RightPerson #HealthyLove #LoyalLove RelationshipGoals ProudGirlfriend RealLove CoupleReels LoveQuotes
It’s not been the easiest of weeks on the workshop build - it turns out there’s a reason almost no one puts an apex roof on their DIY workshops / garden rooms 😅 - but I had some friendly faces (and more importantly helping hands!) keeping me company! I talk about the physical impact of doing renovations / garden projects / manual labour solo, quite a bit - but the mental impact can be just as hard some times! There was a moment this week where I sat on the floor of the workshop, staring up at the non existent roof and thought ‘I don’t think I can do this.’ That’s when you need people to pick you up off the floor and tell you to give it one more go. Thanks @wearekingingit for your help! (And to one of my excellent neighbours and his friends) - there is a chance this thing will get a roof before winter! 💪
