10 months agoMy name is Jessica Goldson and I am reaching out to you to get some help trying to rectify an issue between myself, my family, and Norwegian Cruise Line. My family and I are supposed to be taking a cruise through Norwegian cruise line on Norwegian star on December 24 till January 5 we called today to see about making sure our cabin balconies will be open to which we were informed that not only what our balconies not be open, but our rooms will not be adjoining which is not what we were told when we first booked our cruise back in March, we then called Norwegian cruise line to see exactly what can be resolved. Where did the miscommunication go wrong? We spoke with several representatives several of which were very rude to get further clarification on how did this issue come about? Why were we sold and promise something that we are no longer gonna get after we have paid the $12,000 for this cruise to which they informed us that they were able to hear the recorded line, but because I as the consumer did not specify that I wanted the rooms adjoining that is not a promise that they have to uphill uphold. In addition to that after we continuously went back-and-forth and tried find any resolution whether there’s other rooms on the ship, if it’s possible to just combine the amount we’ve paid to upgrade to one singular room that can hold all of us; all they were able to do is give us $100 and basically tell us good luck. In addition to that I told the representative that I have other calls that can be provided by AT&T that I spoke with representatives that told us that this is something that they would do both open the balconies and or open the rooms to what she said that’s not something that she would be able to take because it’s not recorded on their end, therefore it’s not substantial information after visiting AT&T. They told me that is information that they can pull. They can’t see it, but that is not something that the representative from Norwegian cruise line wanted to basically hear from us
