Zucchini Cannelloni filled with Miso-Kombu Braised Banana Blossom aside a Lemon Beurre Blanc with Fried Capers and Parsley Oil.

Banana Blossoms are a Southeast Asian fruit that has a mild flavor and similar texture to jackfruit. They are great for taking on any flavor.

Oceanic notes were chosen for this dish and they are supported by the brightness of the Lemon Beurre Blanc and Fried Capers.

This is one of the eight courses from June’s menu.
