My man, my man! While in recovery from a stroke and blood clot on the brain, he still was making sure I was good and taking care of me while he lay in a hospital bed. He slide over to make room for me, because he knew that was the only way I would rest. 🥰🫶🏽💖

‌ ۱۱ انجمن دانشجویی ایرانیان در اروپا و آمریکا در بیانیه‌ای مشترک به مناسبت اهدای جایزه آزادی مردم ایران به شاهزاده رضا پهلوی اعلام کردند که او را نماینده برحق ملت ایران برای دریافت این جایزه می‌دانند و این رویداد را فرصتی برای بازتاب ایستادگی، فداکاری و اراده نسل جوان ایران در عرصه جهانی ارزیابی می‌کنند. در این بیانیه آمده است: «ما شاهزاده رضا پهلوی را نماینده به‌حق ملت ایران در دریافت این جایزه می‌دانیم و این رویداد را فرصتی برای بازتاب ایستادگی، فداکاری و اراده نسل جوان ایران در عرصه جهانی ارزیابی می‌کنیم.» امضاکنندگان بیانیه با اشاره به نقش جنبش دانشجویی ایران از ۱۸ تیر و خیزش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» تا انقلاب شیروخورشید، اعلام کردند که جنبش دانشجویی همواره در صف نخست مبارزه برای آزادی بوده است. در بخش دیگری از این بیانیه آمده است: «امروز هم‌نسلان ما در ایران به جرم اندیشیدن و پرسیدن، از دانشگاه اخراج، زندانی و حتی به اعدام محکوم می‌شوند. ما که در آزادی تحصیل می‌کنیم، وظیفه خود می‌دانیم صدای آنان باشیم.»
When you hear another kid tell your kid “you can’t play with us,” it can hit you right in the chest. Of course you want to march over and fix it. Here’s what I want you to do instead: 1️⃣ Remember this is not an emergency. It’s painful, but only emergencies need urgent action. 2️⃣ Just watch. Say nothing for 10, 20, 30 seconds. Your kid might handle it before you ever have to step in. 3️⃣ Think about the future. Your kid is learning patterns now that will play out when they’re 18, 25. You want them to know they have coping skills, not that someone will always swoop in to solve it. 4️⃣ Hold back on “You have to let my kid play.” When we do that, we’re teaching our kid they should want to be accepted by people who aren’t being kind to them. If it still stings later, for them or for you, that’s okay too. You can say something like: “That was a hard moment at the park. I’m here if you want to talk about it.” Then let them lead.
