Comment “VEE” for Ep 44, a full 2 hour sit down with Gary.
Gary go’s absolutely nuclear in this episode.🤣
Nothing off limits.
Questions that no one has asked him.
A deep dive into all of his businesses.
Enjoy 🍿

Happy Birthday to my bestie girl! @joelle_fletcher you are so special and you are so loved. I love our friendship. I love that we’ve never lived in the same city and yet we have endless memories together. Celebrating so many seasons of life next to each other and making the effort to show up. I’ll always show up for you. I’m so excited for Romy to grow and realize how amazing her mom is! She’s so lucky! And so am I! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I love you so much! 🩷

$For all the links, comment “closet” 🤍 You might have seen this setup before, but I still get so many questions about it, so here it is again! I set up Sophia’s closet about 10 months ago when she was a little over 2, and it’s honestly been one of my favorite little projects She’s been choosing her own clothes, helping get herself dressed, and following her morning routine without me constantly reminding her what comes next. I wanted to create a space she could actually use independently, not just something that looked cute. Everything is at her level, she has enough choices without getting overwhelmed, and the visual checklist helps her know what to do next. Here’s how we did it: 🤍 IKEA KALLAX– I left out one shelf to create space for hanging clothes. The inserts and bins are also from IKEA. 🤍 Clothing rod & push lights– Both from Amazon. She uses the lights next to her checklist to mark each step as done. 🤍 Visual checklist – The set includes 45 different images that you can adjust to your own routine. We also use these in our leaving-the-house setup! 🤍 Clothing labels - I also created a separate set of 52 smaller labels for organizing clothes, toy bins, and shelves. It’s such a simple setup, but it’s made a big difference in how independently she gets ready every day. And I love that we can keep adjusting it as she grows! \#montessoriathome #montessoricloset #independenttoddler independentkids toddlerindependen$

Happy Godzilla Day 🦖

72 years ago today, the original Godzilla opened in Japanese theaters on November 3, 1954. Born from Japan’s fears of nuclear destruction, the monster became a global icon whose story has been reinvented for generations.

From the classic Showa, Heisei and Millennium eras to Hollywood’s 1998 take, the MonsterVerse and the unsettling Shin Godzilla in 2016, every generation has had its own version. His appearance, size and role have changed, shifting between humanity’s greatest threat and its unlikely protector.

Godzilla Minus One brought that legacy to a new milestone in 2023. Its story of survival in postwar Japan became a worldwide hit, earning over $116 million and winning the franchise’s first Oscar, for Best Visual Effects, in 2024.

Now, director Takashi Yamazaki returns with Godzilla Minus Zero. Arriving on the anniversary that started it all, the sequel carries that momentum into Godzilla’s next chapter.

Which version of Godzilla will always be your favorite? 💭

Today is Election Day and every vote counts. Democracy doesn’t work as well as it should because voter turnout is not as high as it should be. Voter apathy means that deep-pocketed and influential forces can wield more influence within the system. Not participating makes this dynamic worse. Our system is far from perfect, but it will be greatly improved if we had 100% voter turnout. For anyone who feels that their needs or ideals are not met within the system, the only choice is to get more involved, because though it may work slowly and not deliver everything one wants, democracy is the mechanism to shape the systems of our society. If you need help voting, visit VOTE.org for resources to ensure your voice is heard in this important election.
