✈️❤️ Life is full of surprises, and I’m grateful for every chapter of mine. ❤️ I may forget things as the years go by, but I will never forget what it felt like to be a flight attendant in my 20s and 30s. This career has given me a life beyond what I could have ever imagined. Places I’ve seen, people I’ve met, experiences I’ve lived, and memories I will carry with me forever. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing things that some people may not get to experience in a lifetime. After 13 years in this industry, if I could turn back time and do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d choose this journey, every challenge, every adventure, and every unexpected turn, exactly the same way. What a beautiful chapter it has been. ✈️❤️
welcome back serotonin💙🇺🇸
Back pain treatments usually focus on easing the ache. A new injectable gel is aiming to fix the problem at its source 🦴💉 The discs between the bones in your spine act like shock absorbers, but injuries and aging can wear them down over time, often leading to chronic back pain. Scientists are developing a hydrogel that can be injected into damaged discs to help repair the tissue and bring back some of their original structure. In a 2024 study, researchers tested it on damaged human spinal discs outside the body and saw encouraging gains in disc height and how well the discs handled pressure. It’s still early. The gel needs more research and clinical trials before doctors can use it regularly, but if it pans out, it could someday help people heal their discs instead of living with the pain.
