ANKLE STRENGTH + STABILITY WORKOUT

2 rounds | 2–3x per week

Single-leg step-outs – 5 each direction/leg
Builds balance, ankle stability, and coordination.
Straight-leg calf raises – 12 reps
Bent-knee calf raises – 12 reps
Targets the soleus, a deeper calf muscle that helps absorb impact, stabilize the ankle, and support running and jumping.
Banded ankle eversion – 12 each foot
Strengthens the muscles on the outside of the ankle, helping improve stability, balance, and resistance to ankle rolling during sports.
Tibialis raises – 15 reps
Strengthens the front of the shin, helping with ankle control, deceleration, and controlled landings.
Bulgarian split squats – 8 each leg
Side-to-side jumps – 10 reps
